Description

Made for those with less time to workout but not less enthusiasm! Taught by a personal trainer, this 45-minute class includes elements of strength training, cardio exercise and stretching. This class will offer more technical training using weights and other gym equipment to give you a full body workout. Stretch at the end and continue on your day.
