Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScoutMySpot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

ScoutMySpot is a monitoring service that tracks activity registration availability on third-party recreation websites and notifies you when spots become available based on your preferences. We do not guarantee registration success, as availability depends on third-party systems and other factors beyond our control.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for refund requests

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data (scraping)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee that you will successfully register for any activity, as this depends on third-party systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutMySpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ScoutMySpot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

Our Service monitors third-party recreation websites. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
