Prerequisites: 8 years of age and Powerswim 1500, Powerswim Intermediate or recommendation by instructor. Pre-competitive program that continues to develop endurance to 400 metres nonstop and workout total to 1500-2000 metres. All strokes are refined and individual medley and relays are introduced. Timed distances increase.
