Prerequisites: 8 years of age and Powerswim 1000, Powerswim Introduction or recommendation by instructor. Pre-competitive program that continues to develop endurance to 300 metres nonstop and workout total of 1000-1500 metres. Breaststroke, butterfly, and turns are introduced.
