Description

Prerequisites: 8 years of age and Swim Colours 6 - Navy or ability to swim 75 metres nonstop. Pre-competitive program developing freestyle, backstroke, flip turns and introduces whip kick and dolphin kick. Build to an endurance swim of 200 metres nonstop and a workout total of 800-1000 metres.
