Description

Exercise and education class taught by a Bone Fit™ trained physiotherapist. This class focuses on safe strength training and education to reduce the risk of falls and fractures for those with osteoporosis or at risk of osteoporosis. Pain relief postures will be encouraged while avoiding postures and positions that can increase the risk of fractures. All welcome.
