Description

Are you looking for a challenging, energetic workout? Join us for an active warm up, easy to follow cardiovascular workout, followed by muscular strength and conditioning exercises for upper and lower body and abdominals. Conclude the class with a stretch. Class is offered 3 times a week to encourage consistency and routine.
