Join us for Yin yoga—the practice of longer-held yoga poses that restore, enhance, and stretch your connective tissues and joints! Contrary to Yang exercises that target your muscles, Yin yoga will target your meridians, where your energy pathways are connected to your internal organs, to improve your flexibility, health, and mental well-being.
