Description
This cardio and core fitness class will combine cardiovascular exercises with core-strengthening moves, targeting both endurance and core stability for a full-body workout. Combining cardio and core training can lead to improved muscular endurance, enhanced power, better stabilization, and overall strength. The instructor will guide you through proper form and offer modifications to suit different fitness levels.
