Enrollment opens May 26, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.Healing waters is a program that involves mind, body and spirit. The class is designed for people who have arthritis or joint issues, such as knee surgery or hip replacements. Movement in water offers multidirectional resistance in a non-impact environment. The water supports the body and cushions movement. This class takes place in the small pool because when the water is warm, blood flow is increased relaxing muscles which could help to reduce pain and encourage healing. Participants are expected to enter and exit the pool independently.
