Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Introduction

In partnership with Jitsu-Do Karate, self-defense, self-confidence, exercise, and fun await at Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class will introduce students to the fundamentals of the grappling and self-defense principles found in BJJ and possibly plant a seed for a future in the martial arts. Uniform not required. Playful holds and pins are present in this class curriculum, but no submissions are permitted. This class is run concurrent with the Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class.
