Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-Introduction

In partnership with Jitsu-Do Karate, self-defense, self-confidence, exercise, and fun await at Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class will introduce students 8 years old and up to the fundamentals of the grappling and self-defense principles found in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and possibly plant a seed for a future in the martial arts. Uniform not required. Playful holds and pins are present in this class curriculum, but no submissions are permitted.
