Description

A shallow-water fitness class focused on cardiovascular exercise. Participants will take part in a variety of guided movements designed to increase heart rate, improve endurance, and support overall fitness. Water resistance adds intensity while reducing impact on joints, making this an effective full-body workout. Suitable for a range of fitness levels, with options that may be adapted to meet individual needs.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.

Offered in main pool, 82°. Stair entry, wheelchair accessible
via chairlift. Men’s, ladies, and Family changerooms available.
