AquaCardio - Shallow
Exercise preformed in chest deep water designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Class focus is on muscle strengthening and cardio conditioning.
Offered in the main pool (capacity 20), pool temp 84 degrees F.

Cancellations or transfers must be completed by 11:59pm the day prior to the start of the program.
