A slow-paced practice with focus on breathing, controlled movements and stretching. Yoga encourages balance, flexibility and strength in mind and body with basic postures, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga mats will not be provided. PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN MAT.
