Using just your body weight and the TRX system, you'll engage multiple muscle groups through functional movements that challenge your stability and control. With a low participant-to-trainer ratio, you'll receive personalized guidance while benefiting from the energy and motivation of a small group. All fitness levels are welcome — exercises can be easily modified or progressed to meet your individual needs.
