This gentle progressive exercise class, designed for older adults, will support participants to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance your balance. This class combines safe, low-impact strength training exercises with targeted stretching to help you move easier, feel more energized, and maintain your independence. Exercises can be done standing or seated, with modifications available. No drop-ins.
*All participants must complete the PAR-Q+ quiz and may need to complete the ePARmed-X quiz found at the links below. Please print and provide these results to your instructor on the first class.
