Description

Learn the basics of weight room etiquette, exercise technique and program design. Use a variety of cardiovascular and weight-training machines before designing your own personalized program. Gain confidence to exercise in any weight room setting. Come prepared to exercise the first class. Bring a water bottle and a towel. Completion of the PAR-Q+ form is required to participate.
