Description

This is a fun cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, that uses a chair for additional support. This low-key workout is ideal for the beginner or those with mobility issues. Beginner fitness level. Required Equipment: Clean indoor athletic shoes Programs occurring at Bob Callahan Flower City Senior Centre will require a Flower City Senior Membership in order to register for a spot in drop-ins or registered programs.
