A few things to know before you arrive:
- Please arrive during your booked one-hour time slot. No need to be here right at the start of the hour — anytime within your time slot works!
- When you arrive, check in at the front table to receive a number and wait for your number to be called.
- Our lobby will be extra busy, with lots of animals around. If your pet feels nervous around other animals or needs a little extra space, we recommend waiting outside or in your vehicle after checking in. We want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible!
We can’t wait to see you and your pets!
