Intro Boxing for Seniors

Learn and practice basic boxing skills with Winnipeg’s own three-time World Champion, Olivia “The Predator” Gerula. No experience is needed—this class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone.This is a non-contact class, so there is no sparring. You will learn boxing techniques and hit pads while building strength and improving your coordination through fun and active drills.It’s a great way to get in shape, improve your health, and build confidence. The class is so fun and engaging, you may even forget you’re exercising!
