This class is designed for those who have completed Confidence Building Martial Arts Level 1 and are ready to put their skills into practice. Continue to enjoy a great workout while taking what you have learned to the next level. Please note: supervised physical contact for the purposes of demonstration and skill building will occur in this program. Taught by Master Paul Villamor, 7th degree black belt and three-time world champion.
