A program for hockey players who want to improve basic hockey skills such as stick handling, shooting, passing and receiving. Each class will include a brief power skating session.
Full hockey equipment, helmet and stick are mandatory.
Must be able to skate Introductory Power or equivalent skills are a prerequisite.
