Description

A gentle yoga class to help you bond with your baby (0-10 months) while you perform stretching and relaxing yoga poses. Clients must bring their own yoga mat or non skid mat. Child must be under 10 months and in the pre-crawl stage to participate. Participants must provide their own yoga mat.

No Class on Thursday, March 5th.
