Description

Participants will learn the importance of healthy nutrition, how to enjoy a balanced diet, and discover what nutrients do for the human body! Participants will also learn how to prepare and cook healthy meals and snacks to assist in their learning.

Participants are requested to bring a food container. Alert the instructor of any allergies on the first class.
