Description

Use the skills and strokes learned in Adult 1 and challenge yourself with front, back, and breast stroke workouts including both interval and aerobic training. Participants in this class should have completed Adult 1 or equivalent and be comfortable in deep water.

No class on Monday October 12, 2026 for Thanksgiving.
