Description

Learn the discipline of relaxation and meditation. Concentrate on breathing and yoga positions, and improve your flexibility and agility. Please make sure to bring a blanket and a rubber-backed mat (if possible) to each class. Some classes are not recommended for pregnant women. Please consult your course instructor as well as your physician prior to starting. Participants must provide their own yoga mat.
