Description

An introduction to gymnastics featuring tumbling and balance exercises using a variety of gymnastics equipment. An excellent way to help your child develop strength, co-ordination, and flexibility.

All children participating in junior programs must meet age requirements, be ready to follow program routines and expectations, and be toilet trained (no diapers or pull-ups).
