The hardest part of yoga practice can be quieting the mind to listen to the body. Relax deeply; let go of unhealthy performance-based habits which contribute to imbalance and injury. This restorative approach to yoga builds healthier backs and helps improve concentration. Please bring a non-slip exercise mat (blanket is optional).
