Guest speaker Lee Marrison, Supervisor, Exercise and Falls Prevention, Community Care Durham, will be centering his talk around environmental risk factors, both within the home and out in the community. Following the presentation, participants can stay for a demonstration of exercises effective in fall prevention, as well as reducing the severity of fall related injuries.
