Description

HITT Aquafit is a fast-paced, full-body aquatic workout designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Using high-intensity interval training in the water, participants will enjoy challenging out bursts of movement followed by short recovery periods for an effective and engaging workout. All equipment is provided, and participants must be 14 years of age or older.
