Description

Enjoy a fun, energizing workout designed for families! Family Aquafit combines gentle cardio, strength, and water-based movement in a supportive group setting. All participants must be 6 years of age or older, and adults are required to stay actively involved throughout the class. A maximum ratio of two children per one adult must be maintained. All necessary equipment is provided. This program is perfect for families looking to stay active together while building confidence and comfort in the water.
