Stay active, socialize, and have fun in this instructed 55+ Multi-Sport program! Enjoy a variety of recreational sports and activities in a welcoming, non-competitive environment. This program promotes fitness, coordination, and friendly play while offering the opportunity to try different sports each session. All skill levels are welcome.
