Enrollment opens June 4, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.Yin Yoga is a slower paced practice than other Yoga styles. Postures are held longer which focuses on better stretches to muscles, tendons and ligaments. The majority of this class takes place on the mat, so participants must be able to physically get up and down from the floor position.
