Enrollment opens May 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m.Start your morning with a relaxing and rejuvenating Yoga class in the park. This class is suitable for all participant levels. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga block, water bottle, towel and sunscreen.
This class takes place on the grass area at Rotary Park on Brock St. S. In the case of inclement weather, the class will be held at the 55+ Recreation Centre.
