Description

These intermediate swimmers will continue to work on front and back crawl, the individual components of breaststroke, and sprints. Swimmers will perform a 5-metre underwater swim and learn basic self rescue skills. This level of swimming is equivalent to Swimmer 3 and 4 of the Swim for Life Program.
