Wake up the core, glutes and thighs with this unique and targeted muscle conditioning class. Lift and tone, stabilize the pelvis and improve balance and mobility. Equipment used will include free weights, body bars, stability balls and bender balls. Variations suitable for all fitness levels and abilities will be provided.
