Description
This program is designed for players who already possess solid technical fundamentals. Emphasis will be placed on refining execution, improving tactical awareness, increasing consistency under pressure and developing greater independence on court.
Participants will:
- Refine advanced badminton techniques with consistency and precision.
- Develop speed of execution, shot accuracy and decision-making under pressure.
- Improve tactical awareness in both singles and doubles.
- Enhance badminton-specific physical abilities: agility, speed, coordination and endurance.
- Foster confidence, independence, resilience and good sportsmanship in a positive learning environment.
Prerequisite for enrollment: Registrant must have successfully completed Badminton Intermediate or equivalent skill level.
Participants must wear comfortable clothing allowing for maximum agility. Clean indoor court shoes are required. Please bring your own racquet.
