Description

Looking to take your swimming to the next level? Work one-on-one with a highly experienced Masters swim coach in this 60-minute advanced private session.

Sessions are designed for experienced swimmers looking to improve stroke technique, efficiency, endurance, pacing, and overall swim fitness.

Whether you are preparing for a triathlon or open-water event, working toward competitive swimming, or simply looking for a more challenging and structured workout, our coach will tailor the session to your individual goals.

Registrants must be able to swim 400 m continuously in 10 minutes.
