Mindful Origami is a relaxed paper-folding class for seniors, blending gentle creativity with clam conversation and quiet background music. Participants learn simple folds at their own pace, supporting hand dexterity, focus, and social connection. No experience is needed - just paper, patience, and curiosity. Everyone leaves with a finished piece to keep or gift, along with a shared sense of accomplishment.
