Join master Capoeira instructor, Lobo, and learn motor coordination, breathing techniques for grounding, and more! Gain coordination skills, self-defence, teamwork, and discipline while engaging with music, singing, playing, musical instruments, and the Brazilian Portuguese language.
Capoeira is an African-Brazilian martial art, created originally as a fight for freedom. Africans in Brazil incorporated capoeira, dance, acrobatics, and musical elements to protect their patricians and assure their legacy. Today, capoeira is an international sport, spreading across more than 120 countries!
