Have you wished to learn French and will this be your first time learning the beautiful language of French? Bienvenue / Welcome!
In this class with a native French-speaking instructor, Nathalie, you will develop your conversation skills and learn to communicate about yourself and your daily life.
This course will help you:
• Master French pronunciation and basic vocabulary
• Introduce yourself, talk about your nationality and preferences, and exchange contact information
• Discuss topics related to the city, getting around, and food (groceries, restaurant, negociating prices, ...).
Grammar topics will include definite, indefinite, and contracted articles, simple negation, plural of nouns, etc. You will learn to conjugate first and third group verbs in the present tense, as well as movement verbs, and use the near future (futur proche).
We will do several role-plays to practice what you have learned in real-life situations.
And, of course, we will discover French cultural facts in a fun way.
