Description

This program is designed for players looking to take their game to the next level. Sessions focus on advanced movement patterns, stroke development, tactical decision-making, match play, and physical conditioning appropriate for badminton.Prerequisite for enrollment: registrant must have completed Badminton Beginner or equivalent skill level.Participants must wear comfortable clothing allowing for maximum agility. Clean indoor court shoes are required. Please bring your own racquet.No Class 16 October 2026 (Local Elections - Sports Gym Polling Station)
