Enrollment opens August 13, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.Recommended: Completed Adult 2. Continue to build your fitness with interval training workouts, sprints, and longer-distance swims. You’ll further develop front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke while improving efficiency, endurance, and comfort in deep water. Swimmers will practice deep water entries, surface support, underwater swims, and object recovery, while continuing to build confidence with self-rescue and Water Smart skills.
