Description

Improve your fitness, conditioning, game, and get extra ice time as you learn hockey-specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play.

Full gear, including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required.

Rental cost for helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost.
