Description

Improve your fitness, conditioning, game, and get extra ice time as you learn hockey-specific drills that focus on stick and skating skills and positional play. Goalies play for free.

Full gear, including gloves, sticks, skates, and a helmet are required.

Rental cost for helmets and skates are available and are included in the program cost.

No lessons on 30 September 2026 (Truth and Reconciliation Day) and 11 November 2026 (Remembrance Day)
