Tai Chi for Health & Balance (Wu Style — Beginner Level)
This beginner-friendly Tai Chi class introduces the fundamentals of Wu Style Tai Chi through slow, flowing movements that support balance, posture, and relaxation. Participants learn foundational stances, stepping techniques and the first sequence of Wu Style movements.
The program is designed to improve balance, joint mobility, coordination, and overall well-being. The movements are gentle and accessible, making it ideal for seniors or anyone new to Tai Chi. No experience required
