Anyone who wants to strengthen their communication skills, especially in emotionally charged or difficult situation.

Caregiving and support roles can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don't have to figure this out alone. This series offers a supportive space to learn and practice evidence-based tools and build confidence through guided exercises and discussion.
This evidence-based series of workshop is hosted by the West Vancouver Seniors' Activity Centre, in partnership with the Pathways Serious Mental Illness Society with funding from the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program. Workshops will be conducted in a supportive space to learn and practice.
