Description

The program is designed to improve balance, joint mobility, coordination, and overall well-being.

Tai Chi for Health & Balance (Wu Style — Level 2)
This continuing Tai Chi class further develops the foundations of Wu Style Tai Chi through flowing movements, posture training, stepping, balance, and coordination. Participants will build on previously learned forms while improving mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being in a supportive environment.
Suitable for returning students. No formal prerequisite required.
