Description

Step up and sign up for our traditional choreographed step aerobics class! Get your heart pumping with fast-paced footwork and routines to popular music. Cover all fitness bases with a short portion of full-body weights, and a closing stretch. Modifications will be offered, however; reliable balance and basic coordination will help.
